Light Raspberry Dessert

  • 500 g Quark lean
  • 1 Can Kremefine for whipping
  • 500 g Frozen raspberries
  • 100 g Shortbread
  • 148 g Epicureans
  • 5 Centiliters Himberg Spirit
  • 1 packet Instant gelatin
  1. Crumble the shortbread biscuits into small pieces. Put them in a clean cloth, wrap them up and smash them by hand or with the meat tenderizer. Shake them in a bowl and add quark, raspberry, instant gelatine or agar agar, cremefine for whipping and raspberry spirit. Stir everything well with a mixer. Snaps can also be different or, because of children, none at all. Immediately pour the mass into dessert glasses. Now you can make the gourmet cream and distribute it in already filled dessert glasses. Decoration is left to everyone alone.
