Raspberry Dessert

The perfect raspberry dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Frozen raspberries
  • 150 gr Lowfat quark
  • 100 g Low fat yogurt
  • 1 packet Gelatin
  • 3 tbsp Heaped sugar
  • 150 ml. Fresh pressed orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Ground lemon peel
  1. Bring the raspberries to the boil with 1 heaped tablespoon of sugar, then puree and strain through a sieve.
  2. Leave 3 tablespoons for the raspberry sauce.
  3. Mix the rest of the raspberry pulp with the yogurt.
  4. Prepare the gelatine and mix it with the yogurt.
  5. Stir in the quark and fill into small bowls.
  6. Let it set in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  7. Bring the squeezed orange juice with the lemon zest and the remaining sugar to the boil, thicken to 100 ml and allow to cool.
  8. Pour half of each plate with the sauces, hold the molds under hot water and turn them out onto the plate.
  9. Decorate according to taste.
