Ravioli and Pepper Casserole

  • 400 g Minced meat
  • 2 Red Peppers
  • 2 Cans Ravioli
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 200 g Grated Emmental
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Chili powder
  • Dried thyme
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried basil
  1. Fry the minced meat in oil until crumbly, season with salt, pepper, paprika, chili, basil, oregano and thyme.
  2. Wash the peppers and cut into cubes, peel and finely dice the onion and garlic, add to the minced meat and sauté for approx. 5 minutes.
  3. Mix the ravioli with the minced meat, put everything in a baking dish, sprinkle with the cheese and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
