Ravioli and Pepper Casserole

- 400 g Minced meat
- 2 Red Peppers
- 2 Cans Ravioli
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 200 g Grated Emmental
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- Chili powder
- Dried thyme
- Dried oregano
- Dried basil
- Fry the minced meat in oil until crumbly, season with salt, pepper, paprika, chili, basil, oregano and thyme.
- Wash the peppers and cut into cubes, peel and finely dice the onion and garlic, add to the minced meat and sauté for approx. 5 minutes.
