Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 370 ml milk
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 8 tbsp oil (Alba oil)
  • 3 egg whites
  • Oil (alba oil), for the waffle iron

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Delicious crispy Sunday waffles – ideal for a quick snack

Whisk the egg yolks with the milk. Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt and mix. Add the Alba oil. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter. Brush the waffle iron with Alba oil and bake the waffles.
