Red cabbage and raw vegetable salad with oranges, onions, raisins and walnuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small head of red cabbage
  • 4 oranges
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 handful of raisins
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • some walnuts, chopped
  • some salt
  • e.g. agave syrup or honey

simple, quick and delicious

Wash the raisins and soak them in water for a few minutes. Trim the red cabbage, finely shred it, and place it in a bowl. Chop the onion and finely chop the spring onions. Peel two oranges and cut them into small pieces. Add everything to the bowl with the red cabbage and season lightly with salt. Squeeze the remaining two oranges and the lemon, then pour them over the vegetables along with the cream. Mix gently and season with agave syrup or honey. Finally, sprinkle with the chopped walnuts.
