Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 jars of red cabbage, ready to cook
- ½ cup sour cream
- cream
- salt and pepper
- broth, instant
- Paprika powder
- Chives, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the potatoes and slice them and cook them in a little broth. In the meantime, combine the minced meat with the eggs, mustard, and seasonings and fry until crumbly. Then layer everything in a greased casserole dish – potatoes, minced meat, red cabbage, and repeat. Mix the sour cream with a little cream (to make it easier to spread) and spread it on top. Place everything in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven) and bake for about 30 minutes. Tip: You can also fry the sliced potatoes with some rendered bacon and then use as usual.
