Red cabbage, orange, cucumber, and carrot smoothie with ginger and linseed oil

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 leaves red cabbage, raw
  • 2 oranges
  • 0.3 cucumber(s)
  • 1 small carrot(s)
  • 1 tbsp linseed oil
  • 1 small piece(s) of ginger root
  • e.g. water, cold

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Raw food

Wash the red cabbage leaves. Remove the thick center rib and chop the rest into large pieces. Peel and chop the oranges. Peel the cucumber and cut into large pieces (organic produce doesn’t need to be peeled). Peel the carrot and cut into large pieces (organic produce doesn’t need to be peeled). Peel and finely chop the ginger. Place all ingredients (including linseed oil) in a blender and blend until smooth. Note: Add cold water.
