- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- ¾ feta cheese
- some milk
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
- n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 clove(s) garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Simple spread
Finely chop the feta, bell pepper, and garlic. Combine with the remaining ingredients in a bowl and blend with an immersion blender until only small pieces remain. Season to taste and chill. Delicious as a dip or spread.
