Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 ½ cup(s) sugar
- 3 cups flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 cup orange soda (or lemon soda)
- 2 packs of red fruit compote for boiling
- 1 jar red fruit compote (alternatively cherry compote)
- 3 cups whipped cream
- 3 packs of cream stiffener
- 1 pack of cookies (butter cookies)
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- 125 g palm fat (e.g. Palmin)
- 1 liter of water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Whisk all dough ingredients until fluffy and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Topping: Boil the 2 packages of red fruit compote with 1/4 liter of water, add 4-5 tablespoons of sugar, stir in 1 jar of warm red fruit compote, pour onto the baked dough, and let cool. Then whip the cream and cream stiffener and spread over the compote. Spread the butter cookies on top of the whipped cream. Melt the butter for the icing and gradually pour it into the remaining ingredients. Then spread over the cookies. This recipe makes one baking sheet full. It’s best to slice after it’s cooled for a few hours.
