Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 tbsp eggnog
  • 70 g powdered sugar
  • 450 g red fruit compote
  • Ladyfingers or butter biscuits

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and stir in the quark, liqueur, and powdered sugar. Ladle the berry compote first, then alternate the cream and berry compote into glasses. Serve with some ladyfingers or biscuits.
