Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 jar sour cherries
- 1 pack of mixed frozen berries
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cl cherry brandy
- Whipped cream for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Bring the sour cherries, berries, and sugar to a boil. Stir the cornstarch with a little water until smooth, add to the boiling berry mixture, and let it simmer for 2 minutes. If there are no children present, flavor with cherry brandy and serve in serving bowls. Decorate with dollops of cream.
