Warm porridge with frozen fruit

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 100 ml milk
  • 150 ml water
  • 100 g fruit (frozen fruit mix of currants, grapes and tangerines)
  • ½ tsp honey or sweetener
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

healthy and long-lasting

Bring the milk and water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the oats and simmer over medium heat until the desired consistency is reached. Sweeten with honey and cinnamon, if desired. Pour the porridge into a bowl and top with the fruit.
