Red lentil salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g lentils, red
  • 2 bunch of spring onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Tabasco
  • 400 g cream cheese, grainy
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Starter for 6 people

Bring 1.5 liters of salted water to a boil. Boil the lentils for 3 minutes at a rolling boil. Drain. Trim and wash the spring onions and finely slice them. Chop the tomatoes. Mix the vinegar with the mustard, oil, salt, and a little Tabasco. Pour over the salad ingredients and let it sit for 15 minutes. Stir in the drained cream cheese to serve.
