Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g baguette(s), e.g. slightly stale
  • 150 ml olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ¼ bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tbsp coarse sea salt
  • ½ tbsp paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Tear the baguette into small pieces, wash and chop the tomatoes and peppers, and peel the garlic. Puree all ingredients with a hand blender or a blender. This amount is enough for a large jar of jam and will keep in the refrigerator for about 14 days. It tastes great with grilled food or as a spread on bread.
