Red pears with vanilla cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml cherry juice, without sugar
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon, small
  • 2 carnations
  • 4 bulb(s)
  • 3 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 500 g yogurt, low-fat (0.5% fat)
  • ½ vanilla pod(s), the pulp
  • Sweetener, liquid as needed
  • 2 tsp pistachios, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

WW-suitable, 2* per portion

Boil cherry juice with cinnamon and cloves. Peel, halve, and core the pears. Immediately add the pears to the boiling cherry juice and cook for about 3 minutes. Let the pears cool in the juice. Stir the quark and yogurt until smooth and season with vanilla pulp and sweetener. Pour the vanilla yogurt onto large plates, arrange the pears on top, and serve sprinkled with pistachios.
