Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 120 g tomatoes, dried
  • 20 g pine nuts
  • 20 g cheese (Pecorino)
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 sprigs basil
  • 7 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

delicious with fusilli

Coarsely grind the solid ingredients and combine the resulting mixture with 5 tablespoons of oil and chili. To serve the pasta with this pesto, use 4 tablespoons of reserved pasta water and 2 tablespoons of oil to thicken the creamy sauce slightly. Serve with the fusilli.
