Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp jam (cranberry jelly)
  • 3 tbsp jam (blackcurrant jelly)
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • ½ orange(s), the juice
  • 1 shot of red wine
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes

goes perfectly with fondue, raclette and smoked salmon

Mix the cranberry jelly, redcurrant jelly, and mustard thoroughly. Add the orange juice and a dash of red wine. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar and let it sit for a few hours. Season again before serving.
