Red smoothie with currants

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 plums, red or yellow
  • 50 g currants, fresh or frozen
  • 120 g grapes, red
  • 1 blood orange(s), their juice
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the fruit and pit the plums. Juice the blood oranges. Chop the plums into smaller pieces and add them to the blender along with the other ingredients. Blend the fruit thoroughly for about 2 minutes. If the smoothie is still too tart for you, you can add a little more honey or use some fruit juice instead of water.
