Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 40 g cocoa powder
- ⅛ liter red wine
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp red wine (more if needed)
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the sugar, eggs, and butter in a bowl and beat until fluffy. Stir in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and cocoa powder until smooth. Gradually add the red wine. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 60-75 minutes. Cover the cooled cake with a glaze made from 250g of powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of red wine.
