Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 325 g flour
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 150 g chocolate shavings
  • 1 tsp rum
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat 5 egg whites until fluffy. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Then add the vanilla sugar, eggs, cocoa, and cinnamon. Continue whisking. Then add the flour and baking powder, along with the rum and red wine. Stir well again. Then fold in the chocolate shavings and egg whites. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C. Baking time: approximately 60-70 minutes.
