Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g strawberries
- 250 g sugar
- 500 ml red wine
- 1 pack of gelatin
- 500 ml cream, whipped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Purée the strawberries with sugar and half of the red wine. Use the remaining red wine to soften the gelatin. Once the gelatin has swollen, dissolve it according to the package instructions (do not boil) and stir into the strawberry puree. Finally, fold in the cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
