Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g Grana Padano, grated, or Parmesan
- 50 g pine nuts
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 130 ml sunflower oil
- 1 bunch of chives
- ½ lemon(s), untreated
- Sea salt
- black pepper
- chili flakes

Roughly chop the chives with scissors. Roast the pine nuts in a non-stick pan without oil until golden brown. Zest the organic lemon slightly. You’ll also need about 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Combine all ingredients in a tall container and blend with an immersion blender until the desired consistency is reached. Season again with salt, pepper, etc. You’ve got a super quick and delicious pesto that goes especially well with pasta, fish, or fresh bread.
