  • butter
  • 1 jar of pickles
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • chili powder
  • garlic powder
  • Mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Season the pork neck with salt, pepper, chili, and garlic powder and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 1 1/2 hours. Let it cool completely (preferably overnight) and slice it thinly. Spread the bread with butter and mustard. Slice the onions into rings and place on the bread. Thinly slice the gherkins and place them on the bread. Arrange the sliced ​​meat over the bread, garnish with the gherkin and a slice of tomato. This is a delicious meal for warm summer days.
