- 1 tbsp vinegar

- 2 cloves garlic

Chop the hard-boiled eggs with a blender or hand blender. Chop finely or coarsely, depending on your preference. Chop the pickles into small pieces and add to the eggs. Add the salad cream, yogurt, crushed garlic, and chopped chives and mix. Season to taste with salt, pepper, vinegar, and lemon juice.
