Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 150 g yogurt, 1.5%
- 1 spring onion(s), finely chopped
- ½ tbsp parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp gherkins, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Using a hand mixer, blend the mustard with lemon juice until smooth, then season with salt and pepper. Stir in 1 tablespoon of olive oil drop by drop. Gradually stir in the yogurt. Mix the sauce with the spring onions, parsley, and gherkins. 1 tablespoon has 16 kcal.
