Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s) , small
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 g capers
  • ½ tsp horseradish, to taste
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 medium-sized anchovy fillets
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill
  • 375 ml oil, neutral

Insert the chopper blade into the bowl, pluck the parsley from the stalks, finely chop the parsley, and remove it. Finely chop the chives. Peel and quarter the onion, roughly chop the cucumber, add it to the chopper bowl, and chop medium-finely (for about 1/2 minute on high). Add the remaining ingredients except the oil and mix briefly (for about 1 minute on low). Then gradually drizzle the oil through the feed chute directly into the rotating blade until a creamy remoulade is formed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
