Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g zucchini, yellow
- 200 g zucchini, green
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 160 g feta cheese
- 10 g tomatoes, dried, preserved in oil
- 100 ml tomato juice (Sangrita spicy)
- e.g. olive oil
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. spice(s)

Zucchini, tomato, and feta casserole for the microwave with grill!
Cut the zucchini into diagonal slices and fry in olive oil, turning frequently. Place the green and yellow slices in alternating fan-shaped or layered portions in a small baking dish brushed with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. Halve the tomatoes and arrange them on top. Crumble the feta and add them as well. Season to taste. Sprinkle the chopped sun-dried tomatoes on top and drench everything with a generous splash of sangrita. Microwave on the grill for 20 minutes, or cook for 30 minutes at 190°C (top and bottom heat). If available, turn on the grill 10 minutes before the end.
