Semolina porridge with rice milk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 ml milk (rice)
  • 40 g sugar
  • 60 g semolina (soft wheat)
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles
  • Desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Favorite recipe is dairy-free

Bring the rice milk to a boil. Stir in the semolina and sugar, then whisk and let it swell over low heat for 15 minutes. Stir frequently. Divide the mixture between two deep plates and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle with the chocolate sprinkles and coconut flakes.
