Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g sour cherries, frozen
  • 250 ml red wine
  • 1 kg gelling sugar
  • 2 tbsp gingerbread spice
  • 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon

Instructions

quickly prepared

Place the frozen cherries in a saucepan, cover with red wine, and bring to a boil. Blend with a hand blender. Weigh the cherries and add red wine to make up to 1 kg. Stir in the spices and gelling sugar, bring to a boil, and then simmer for 4 minutes. Don’t forget to stir. Finally, pour into jars while still hot and seal immediately.
