Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg plum(s)
  • 300 ml red wine
  • 4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tsp coriander
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Wash and pit the plums, then chop them in a food processor. Briefly roast the coriander seeds in a dry pan, then crush them in a mortar. Mix the plums, spices, and red wine thoroughly and let it steep for 1 hour. Add the gelling sugar and cook the jam for about 5 minutes, then immediately pour into jars.
