Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark, low-fat
  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • ½ cup cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely grate the onion. Combine the quark with the cream cheese, cream, and sour cream, and add it to the onion. Season with salt and pepper and add enough sweet paprika to give the dip a truly orange-red color! Press in the garlic (to taste) and stir through. It tastes delicious with freshly baked pretzels and is a true Rheinhessen specialty made by women winemakers!
