Rhubarb and Blackberry Dessert
The perfect rhubarb and blackberry dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Fresh rhubarb
- 200 g Frozen blackberries
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 Pc. Orange peel
- 1,5 fruit Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 Teaspoon (level) Mondamine powder
- Water cold
- Wash the rhubarb, cut with the skin, sugar-coated.
- Add blackberries + orange peel + juice, let steep for approx. 30 minutes. Boil 1 jellyfish then switch off, let stand on the plate for 5 – 10 minutes. We need the time for the blackberries.
- Again with Mondamin (shaken, bring to the boil with cold water and pour directly into bowls.
