Rhubarb and Blackberry Dessert

The perfect rhubarb and blackberry dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Fresh rhubarb
  • 200 g Frozen blackberries
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 Pc. Orange peel
  • 1,5 fruit Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 Teaspoon (level) Mondamine powder
  • Water cold
  1. Wash the rhubarb, cut with the skin, sugar-coated.
  2. Add blackberries + orange peel + juice, let steep for approx. 30 minutes. Boil 1 jellyfish then switch off, let stand on the plate for 5 – 10 minutes. We need the time for the blackberries.
  3. Again with Mondamin (shaken, bring to the boil with cold water and pour directly into bowls.
