Colorful Raw Vegetable Salad
The perfect colorful raw vegetable salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Carrot approx. 100 g
- 2 Spring onions approx. 50 g
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 1 Yellow pepper approx. 150 g
- 150 g Tomatoes
- 150 g Iceberg lettuce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 big pinches Mediterranean-Style seasoned salt from the mill
- Peel the carrot and cut into fine, long strips. Clean and wash the spring onions, cut into pieces (approx. 5 cm long) and cut the pieces into fine strips. Clean / brush the mushrooms and cut into fine slices. Quarter the peppers, clean, wash and cut into fine strips. Halve the tomatoes, remove the stem and cut into slices. Place the iceberg lettuce leaves on top of each other, cut in half lengthways and cut across into fine strips. Put all ingredients in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil (2 tbsp) and season with Mediterranean-style salt from the mill (4 big pinches). Mix everything carefully and let it steep in the refrigerator until serving.
