Rhubarb – banana – jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g rhubarb, peeled and weighed
  • 250 g banana(s), peeled and weighed
  • 1 kg gelling sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the rhubarb and bananas into pieces and mix with the gelling sugar. Add the lemon juice. Bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer for 4 minutes. Pour into jars and seal.
