Strawberry Tart with Elderflower Syrup

- 125 g Butter
- 150 g Flour
- 75 g Sugar
- 50 g Mixed almonds
- 1 piece Egg
- 250 g Quark
- 50 g Sour cream
- 100 ml Elderflower syrup
- 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
- 1 piece Egg
- 400 g Fresh strawberries
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Knead the ingredients for the dough into a shortcrust pastry and then place in cling film in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough and line the tart pan (38×11) with it. Remove the excess dough at the edge. Whip the ingredients for the quark mixture until creamy and place on the tart base. Bake for about 20-25 minutes and allow to cool. Wash and dry the strawberries and cut lengthways into slices. Decorate the tart with strawberries.
