Strawberry Tart with Elderflower Syrup

  • 150 g Flour
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 50 g Mixed almonds
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 250 g Quark
  • 50 g Sour cream
  • 100 ml Elderflower syrup
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 400 g Fresh strawberries
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Knead the ingredients for the dough into a shortcrust pastry and then place in cling film in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough and line the tart pan (38×11) with it. Remove the excess dough at the edge. Whip the ingredients for the quark mixture until creamy and place on the tart base. Bake for about 20-25 minutes and allow to cool. Wash and dry the strawberries and cut lengthways into slices. Decorate the tart with strawberries.
