Ribbon pasta in cheese and cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 200 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • 1 pack of buttered vegetables, frozen
  • 1 tsp, heaped stock powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil water, add salt and oil, and cook the tagliatelle until al dente. Meanwhile, peel and dice the onion. Heat 1 tablespoon of clarified butter and sauté the onions until translucent. Dice the cooked ham and add it. Add 1 cup of water, heavy cream, processed cheese, buttered vegetables, and the bouillon powder, and cook over low heat until the vegetables are tender. Serve with the pasta.
