Rice and Vegetable Sucuk Pan

- 1 Big cup Rice
- 2 Big cups Vegetable broth
- 1 ring Sucuk
- Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Onion
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- Chili powder
- Dried oregano
- Peel and dice the onions and sauté in the butter until translucent, stir in the rice, sauté and add the vegetable stock, bring to the boil, turn down the temperature and let it simmer in the closed pot.
- Clean the zucchini and the peppers and dice, cut the spring onions into rings and sauté everything in the oil, season with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika and chili powder, add tomato paste, pizza tomatoes, the tomatoes cut into cubes and the mushrooms cut into slices and let everything simmer over a low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Cut the sucuk into cubes and add to the vegetables with the rice, mix everything well, let it steep for another 5 minutes over medium heat and serve.
