- 100 g fruit (e.g. apple, pear, apricot, peach or banana)
- 100 g vegetables (e.g. broccoli, pumpkin, zucchini)
- Rice flakes
- some milk (whole milk)

The first complementary food from the 6th month
Clean, wash, and chop the fruit and vegetables. Steam the vegetables in a little water. Mix with rice flakes and milk. This fruit or vegetable puree is a good way to introduce new foods with a strong, distinctive flavor, such as spinach.
