Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml rice milk (rice drink)
- 40 g cornstarch
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Stir the cornstarch and sugar into the rice milk. Pour into a saucepan, add the chia seeds, and bring to a boil while stirring. Ladle into glasses and serve with the compote.
