Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 500 g pasta (rice) or Greek kritharaki
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 bell pepper(s), orange
- 200 g cooked ham
- 250 g cheese
- 3 gherkins
- 1 small onion(s)
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 shot of herbal vinegar
- 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
- 1 small jar of mayonnaise
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions and let them cool. Chop the bell pepper, cooked ham, cheese, pickles, and onion and add them to the rice noodles. Make a marinade with mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika, sugar, and finely chopped dill and mix it into the salad. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for a day.
