Rice pan with minced meat, corn, kidney beans and mushrooms

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 100 ml Cremefine
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 200 ml beef broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 dash of soy sauce
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • e.g. chili flakes
  • n. B. Curry
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook rice according to the package instructions. Dice the onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Drain the corn and beans. Heat a pan with oil. Add the onion, followed shortly by the ground beef, and fry. Add the mushrooms, garlic cloves, and the crème fraîche and fry briefly. Add the corn, beans, and broth and bring to a boil. Add the soy sauce, lemon juice, and seasonings and simmer briefly. Finally, stir in the rice. Tastes delicious with salad, sour cream, or in tortillas.
