Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 450 g rice (Arborio)
- 1 liter of milk
- 250 g sugar or less to taste
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 250 g whipped cream
- 1 point cream stiffener
- Strawberries or other fruits
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Rinse the rice. Bring the milk to a boil with the sugar and vanilla bean seeds. Add the drained rice and cook with the lid tilted over medium heat for 30 minutes. Then let the rice cool. Whip the cream and fold it in. Serve with the strawberries.
