Rice salad with curry sauce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g rice (long grain)
  • 3 can/n mandarin oranges, drained, finely chopped
  • 2 jars of asparagus (small jars), cut into pieces
  • 10 slice(s) ham, cooked, finely chopped
  • 1 bottle of curry sauce
  • 2 tbsp Miracle Whip Balance
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the rice according to the package instructions and let it cool. Transfer to a bowl, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping. Then toss the rice with the other ingredients and season with salt and pepper. This salad is also perfect for a barbecue.
