Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g rice (quick-cooking rice)
- 250 g minced beef
- 1 can/n corn, (285g drained weight)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 tbsp oil
- 5 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- Salt and optionally some pepper

Cook the rice, rinse, and let cool. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the ground beef until crumbly. Add the garlic and season well. Drain the corn and add it to a bowl with the rice and ground beef. In a mixing bowl, combine the white wine vinegar, remaining oil, salt, and cayenne pepper (or more pepper if desired) to make a spicy sauce. Pour this sauce over the rice, corn, and ground beef mixture and let it simmer.
