Ingredients
- 1 Cup Rice
- 150 g Mustard pickles pickled
- 1 Red pepper
- 200 g Belle de Boskoop Apples
- 1 Onion
- 1 Can Mushrooms (100 g. Drained)
- 100 g Mayonnaise
- 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- Lemon juice
- Pepper
- Salt
- Sweet paprika
- Sugar
Instructions
- Cook rice according to instructions, let cool.
- Cut the mustard cucumber, bell pepper and apple into fine strips. Cut the onion into small, fine cubes. Drain the mushrooms.
- For the sauce: Mix the mayonnaise, creme fraiche, season with lemon juice and spices.
- Mix the rice, vegetables and sauce together, season to taste and let it steep.
