Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tsp garlic (dried slices)
- ½ tsp pepper (Szechuan)
- ½ tsp paprika powder, hot
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp curry powder, sweet
- 5 grains of allspice
- 20 berries, red
- ½ tsp cumin, ground
- 1 ½ tsp turmeric
- 100 g salt

Combine all ingredients in a blender and grind finely. Directions: Use 0.5–1 teaspoon per approximately 100g of rice. It can be added directly to the water or mixed into the rice afterward. Add more salt if desired.
