Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup(s) brown rice, cooked in vegetable broth
- 2 tsp curry, mix into the cold rice
- 400 g smoked turkey breast, cut into slices
- 250 g peas, frozen, cooked
- 3 orange(s), cut into small pieces
- 1 red bell pepper(s), cut into cubes
- 1 clove(s) garlic, press through
- salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp sherry
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- Sugar
- Ginger, ground
- 1 orange(s), the juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Indian rice salad
Mix all ingredients together. Let it steep for one hour.
