Angie's fine chocolate pudding

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of pudding powder (chocolate)
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • ¼ liter whipped cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 can/n mandarin orange(s), in wedges (optional)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the pudding mix with some of the cold milk. Heat the remaining milk with the sugar and crumbled chocolate, stirring frequently, and bring to a boil. Add the mixed pudding mix and bring to a boil. Transfer the pudding to a bowl and let it cool, stirring occasionally. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff, reserving a little for garnishing and fold the rest into the pudding. Pour into a pretty glass bowl or serving bowls and decorate with dollops of cream and, if desired, mandarin orange segments. Chill for about an hour before serving. This chocolate pudding has a creamy consistency—so it cannot be turned out!
