Risk Big Rib … with Sweet Potato Chips

The perfect risk big rib … with sweet potato chips recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pork ribs or neck steak
  • 1 huge Orange sweet potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Bbq seasoning
  • 1 toe Chopped garlic
  • 100 ml Oil for frying
  1. Wash the meat, drain it and rub it with garlic and barbecue spices.
  2. Peel the sweet potato (or not) .. and cut into thin slices
  3. Let the oil get hot (not more than 100 degrees) and deep-fry the potatoes until they are light brown. Drain on kitchen paper.
  4. Sear the steaks golden-brown in a lightly greased pan and serve with the chips, served with tomato salad and barbecue sauce.
