- 2 Pork ribs or neck steak
- 1 huge Orange sweet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon Bbq seasoning
- 1 toe Chopped garlic
- 100 ml Oil for frying
- Wash the meat, drain it and rub it with garlic and barbecue spices.
- Peel the sweet potato (or not) .. and cut into thin slices
- Let the oil get hot (not more than 100 degrees) and deep-fry the potatoes until they are light brown. Drain on kitchen paper.
- Sear the steaks golden-brown in a lightly greased pan and serve with the chips, served with tomato salad and barbecue sauce.
