Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ½ kg potatoes (triplets)
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Wash and dry the potatoes, then mix well with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spread all the potatoes evenly on the baking sheet and bake on the middle rack. After 20-25 minutes, the potatoes will be cooked through and nice and crispy!
